Formation of team needs to be done by adhering to criteria that ensures proper mixing of teams. In each team I obtained feedback whether an integrative business challenge student was required in their teams. Interpret I formed my team according to a quiz criteria which helped categorized students as doers, thinkers, careers, leaders or achievers. I resorted to self-help books and help of my University professor to form such quiz sessions(Scherer, 2009). The questions in the teams helped me identify my role as being a doer or leader in a particular team. Evaluate In the evaluation criteria I recognized the roles in different teams according to random selection. This helped dynamic team formation and selection criteria for teams, catering to diverse range of people(Zott, 2009).
